Vat Dyes

Vat Dyes belong to a class of water insoluble dyes that we manufacture, it includes Vat Violet, blue, green, black which are available in different packaging. They are applied in a soluble and reduced form to impregnate the fiber and then oxidized back to the original insoluble form. Through our manufacturing process, we are able to achieve brilliant colours in most of the shades.

The vat dyes are mainly used for colouring cellulosic fiber especially the cotton fiber. These dyes are also useful in dying process of the cotton yarns used in the production of jeans clothing and denirm products. The vat dyes comprise of the natural colouring material that is solubilized in a vat through the fermentation process called vatting.

The vat dyes that we offer have good stability of colour in the fiber.
